Ballet

Ballet is both sports and expression of art and variously supports the development of children. The elements of dancing like balancing, turns and stretches strengthen the muscles, improve the body posture and keep the body fit and healthy. Health is a precondition for good performance.
Training the strength of will, the ability to concentrate and discipline lead into a higher level of self-confidence.

Lenalaxmi Shatokhina is an international recognized ballet dancer and teacher and trains our youngest children as well as the advanced learners.
