Portable basketball hoop sponsored by the Fornoff Family
When his parents signed in Vincent we did not only welcome this lively and likeable redhead in 1st grade but also receive an unexpected gift. Two basketball hoops had been originally ordered by the school and the Fornoff family spontaneously decided to gift one as sponsorship.
Our students are enthusiastic about their new activity option during the breaks and will not stop shooting hoops until the ringing of the bell.

New kitchen devices from BSH Bosch und Siemens Hausgeräte GmbH
A fresh and balanced diet on a daily basis is an important part of our holistic approach. BSH Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances Group made an essential contribution by providing kitchen appliances of various sizes. In the name of the DSC Staff and all the pupils we thank you for the sponsoring of the well-needed equipment for our children’s kitchen as well as for the school kitchen.
BMW Chennai supports the children with cars
The German International School says thank you in the name of their students. BMW and Deutsche Schule Chennai have something in common. BMW as one of the market leaders in the automotive field is also conquering the Indian market like the German International School Chennai.

Spontaneous encounter leads into a partnership
When two people meet by chance and discover that they have common interests, share a similar passion and want to give back to society, it is the work of destiny.
Sven Grote, Head of Boyens Backservice, a leading manufacturer of baking products, met Thomas Pallushek, the CEO of German International School Chennai, during a visit to India. Impressed by the work and the mission of the school, Sven decided to also be a part of the growing team by making a small contribution. He provided the school with brand new kitchen appliances and a donation.
After discussing with nutritionists, the school has a complete and fully functional kitchen where healthy meals are prepared. Every month a new menu is created and parents can view the menu online.
